About Sesame House

Located at 14240 W Warren Ave, Dearborn, MI 48126, Sesame House operates as a restaurant serving Dearborn in Michigan. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.

Because this group is broad, judging a listing on freshness, turnover and how consistent recent reviews are tends to work better than judging by decor or price range alone. Most kitchens in Dearborn will adjust a dish for common dietary needs like gluten-free or vegetarian if you ask when ordering. Hours vary widely: diners and fast-food chains often stay open late or around the clock, while bakeries and cafes tend to open early and close mid-afternoon. Catering and food delivery businesses in Michigan usually require advance notice, from a day for a small order up to a week or more for a large event, so it is worth contacting them early.

Hours are published for 7 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–4 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (313) 722-4639. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, sesamehouse.com.

Customers rate it 4.3 out of 5 on Google across 338 reviews, placing it among the better-regarded restaurants in Dearborn.

Dearborn is in Michigan, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. Getting around Dearborn is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. The food at Sesame House is excellent, and that’s the reason I keep coming back. However, the customer service and wait times at the Warren location need improvement. I’ve had much better experiences at the Dearborn Heights location, where the staff is friendlier and service is much more efficient. During my most recent visit, I waited over 20 minutes for a simple order. While I was waiting, a larger group that arrived after me received their food before I did, even though I had ordered first. I understand that delays can happen, but it was frustrating not to receive an explanation or update on my order. The food is great, but the Warren location could benefit from better customer service and improved order management. Hopefully this feedback helps because the quality of the food deserves a better overall experience.

Visiting from out of town and found this spot for a quick bite to eat. It was delicious, fast and friendly! We ordered the Labneh Baladyeh which comes with labneh, tomatoes, cucumber , Kalamata olives olive oil and zaatar. The bread was hot and fresh made right in front of us. So good we went back the next morning for another round before we headed to the airport!

We really enjoy their food . We had it several times and keep coming back for more . I only have two complaints although the atmosphere is decorated very nicely when the place is full its really load and echoes it can be hard to hear person next to you . Some times the person running the register is not very friendly. Overall we like this place and we will come back .

Great little spot for kaak sandwiches! The sandwiches are incredible, and nothing beats that fresh out of the oven flavor. The meats taste so great, so fresh and spiced perfectly. It's pretty good to dine in and brunch there. Very simple setting inside and the tea and coffee is help yourself once you've paid for the cup. Will return, probably will order to go next time.

The Kaak here is excellent. Warm, crisp, and full of whatever toppings you desire. The cheese and zaatar are delicious. The pictures attached to my review speak for themselves. Also, the service here is very hospitable. Definitely recommend trying them out.
